Hey now -
Who has nuclear capability?
CNN breaks it down for you. I don't see how Israel can be
suspected of having a nuclear weapons program, and not face the same UN sanctions as Iran and North Korea. I was aware of the Big Five, but to see a list of nations that have the capability to produce a functional nuclear device in a short span of time due to their existing programs and technology - that's an eye opener (Canada, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Taiwan, Spain, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Lithuania). At least they're all ostensibly advocates of and committed to being "non-nuclear weapons states". Too bad that can't be said for all. Yeah, I'm looking at you, Kim Jong Il.

.......I HATE Mary Shelley's works.
Well, the post was less about literature, and more about physics, but ok.
