I heard this week that my old boss decided to try and tarnish my workplace reputation before he left, telling the uber-boss that I was one of his employees to "keep an eye on". Do I really cause trouble everywhere I go and am just not aware of it? All I know is that as long as I am allowed to do my job I don't care what they do - or what they think. Just leave me alone. Keep your power struggles and posturing away from the perimeter of my desk, or risk injury to your person.
